What started as a simple shipping container quickly turned into something incredible. Built completely from the ground up by John, this one-of-a-kind pizza trailer went from bare steel to a fully inspected, operating food trailer in just a matter of weeks. With long days, unmatched craftsmanship, and relentless determination, John created something truly special — and now it’s ready to serve our community and beyond.
This isn’t just a food truck — it’s a passion project turned reality. With a little help from family and a lot of hard work, the Onyx Oven represents what Martino’s is all about: quality, community, and doing things the right way.
